Sites are trained on a staggered schedule. At any calendar moment, sites not yet trained are controls for sites already trained — so improvement tracks training, not the season.
Within a site, caregivers are randomized to train-now vs waitlist (a contemporaneous control until they cross over). Every record is time-locked to the subject’s own training date (week 0 = training), so trajectories line up to the intervention.
